I am an experienced McAllen criminal defense lawyer. I have almost twenty years of experience practicing criminal law. I have conducted dozens of trials and cross examined hundreds of witnesses in both state and federal court. I am a former state prosecutor who spent almost a decade handling nothing but felony criminal cases.

I have drafted and assisted in drafting hundreds of warrants, handled countless cases involving warrantless search and seizure and presented literally thousands of indictments to grand juries. I know criminal law inside and out-from the initial stop or investigation, to the arrest, trial or plea bargain, all the way through the appellate process.
